I gave my tenants 1 week notice to show prospective tenants, the existing tenants just notified me they won't be home and I can't show the trailer. I can't find anywhere in the existing laws to tell me whether I can go in with no one home. Jan

You can go in, as long as you gave them written notice that you would be entering.
