I have prepared two leases and gave to receipients. How long to I have to revoke offer? For instance, someone comes with deposit money first? then immediately revoke other offer?

You have until both you and the tenant execute the lease agreement. You could email out 1,000 copies of the lease to 1,000 people, but only the one that you sit down and each sign has any legal weight. Once you have each executed the lease, you're both bound by it.
