A judgement was made in my favor to evict the tenant. If i received partial payment of the judgement can i still evict the tenant? My tenant lives in PA.

In most states, if you accept partial payment, you have to start the eviction process all over again. I would wait until the tenant has the full payment before accepting and halting the eviction.
