I have a tenant & gave her 45 day notice that I will not be renewing her lease at end of term. She did not move & I gave her 3 day notice to move. She still did not move so I filed in court & have a court date for 27th July. I’ve just been informed she will have an attorney? My understanding is I do not need an attorney to not renew her lease? She has violated her lease many times but I chose to wait until her lease was up & then just don’t renew it. Am I right ?
