Hello, The rental lease of my tenants will expired this month, 4/31,2022. Should I write another lease agreement or just complete an extension form? EZLANDLORD is telling me that the extension form can not be sent electronically and needs to be signed in person but the property is in Utah and I'm in Colorado. I just want to make sure that giving them a brand new lease with the new terms is acceptable by law in this case. Thanks so much for your help!
