Hi, I’ve been a California resident for over 5 years now and never in my 5 years of living here have I been subject to eviction. I try and pay my dues when I can and that includes rent. The landlords been asking me to pay the rent ASAP but I need more time and I’ve been paying the rent so far. I’m a little confused on if I would need legal assistance with this. So I went online and found this website among others (https://stopevictionconsultants.com/) they claim to be the #1 eviction service in California. Has anyone tried them or are there other suggestions?
