Hello looking for help. New landlord here - I recently purchased a two family house. I am currently fixing the rental. My husband and I put in life proof flooring. Painted. And now we are selecting the sink, faucet and appliances. I think stainless steel sink and stainless steel appliances would appeal to most people. My husband said he wants to do a black granite sink, stainless steel faucet and black stainless steel appliances. My question is which is better for a rental? Thank you.
