I have an owner that would like to have is sister and her 3 children (ages 5, 7 and 9) move into the park for a 6 month stay. The owners has 2 small children, with a total of 3 adults and 5 children in the house. I am aware of the 2 per bedroom limitation, does the law count the children as adults or does this fall under 2 +1 law.
