This one is for me as a renter. For my day care I am renting from a church. I had a contract with the previous owners and now the new owners never gave me a contract but they are taking my rent money every month. They paid to get the air conditioner fixed in opne of the rooms that we have not been able to use because of the heat. Now they want us to pay for the repair bill. We never broke it we were not in the room what should I do?

Not pay and wait until they take you to court. As long as you keep up on rent, they cannot evict.
