Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I'm in the process of finalizing a one-year (then month to month) lease agreement with a new tenant - for a rental house I own. He posed a valid question -If there’s a complete loss of income on his end due to Covid, he would like to have an option to terminate the lease (with a 30 day notice). He would be responsible for paying rent until vacating the premises. Has anybody else faced this request, and if so, did you accommodate the tenant, and how?
