I Have 3 18 years old guys applied for rent with us! What I should ask them? State of Oregon.

Besides the normal background check, credit check.etc. I always let my single tenants know that they are"equally and individually" responsible for the FULL rent should one party not pay or move out. That could change the rental decision if none of them qualify individually for the rent you are asking. You don't want to rent to someone that you know does not make enough money to pay in the first place.
