Tenant is missing using stove have repaired 5 times within a year. They claim they use it properly what recourse do I have in this matter. Stove is fairly new especially after we keep repairing the burners. I am not sure what to do never had this issue before. Does anyone have suggestions?

Unless you can prove misuse (preferably from a professional repair tech), you are on the hook for it. Go on Craigslist and replace with another model. Done and done
