Dog bite

Our new tenants moved in tonight at 6:00 p.m. and their dog has already bitten our maintenance man. Can we as landlords do anything to protect ourselves against a lawsuit?

Talk to a property management lawyer. Otherwise, the maintenance man should have called the police when it happened.
