Squatter removal forms for Maine

I have my home in Maine but have had to be in California for medical treatment. I have become aware that I have people in my house squatting. I want to empower my Nephew and his mother to deal with this as he needs a place to stay and had offered my home as it looks to be a long time before I will be able to return. That is when I was informed there are people living in my house. I am not sure the proper way to deal with this. I read the laws pertaining to squatters in Maine and it sounded simple if you use the correctly forms but have been unable to figure out what those might be. Can anyone tell me the best way to safely have them removed by my Nephew?

You will want to contact an attorney but you would handle this the same as if you were renting to them.
