Certificate of Rent Paid or CRP

Good morning everyone, I am currently a resident trying to file my taxes and I have yet to receive my CRP for this year. I am wondering when landlords are required to send it out? From my understanding it is January 31st but I would like to double check.

Hello and welcome! It's very refreshing hearing from a tenant. I have properties in 'Tosa and Milwaukee. Just send your landlord a pdf of the form needed to be signed.
