Hello! Have an Ohio rental (single). What is the norm for pet deposits with cats? I have done one for dogs at $300 (non-refundable). Suggestions? Thanks!

Don't call it a deposit call it a fee.
I charge $25 extra a month instead of a one time fee. That way it keeps benefiting year after year.
