Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a recently renovated duplex in northern Vermont. My downstairs tenants are complaining about heat costs, and the upstairs tenant is finding her apartment too warm and barely runs her heat. Obviously heat is rising from downstairs to upstairs. I did not insulate between the two floors. Any suggestions to remedy this? I was wondering if installing ceiling fans downstairs would help. Thanks!

RE: Heating
Hey, Sharon, this is such trouble you are facing between two tenants. Even I can understand that you cannot insulate the heating system between the two floors. Well, Why don't you take some help from the professional Heating installation Santa Barbara ( https://www.santabarbarahvaccontractor.com/heating-repair-santa-barbara.html ) who will come to your place and will install the heating system at a proper place which won't create any issue in the future to your tenants.
