If pet fees, not deposits, are considered illegal in MT, then why does EZ Landlord allow them to be classified as (NR) non-refundable on the lease form when it is made up?

So far from what i understand the lease builder is like a build-able template. The green text boxes with your states information, will give you information on what is allowed when filling in the template. When i called customer support before i signed up, i asked if they had any tips for me when using the product and the rep said to make sure to read through the state boxes.
