I have a rude tenant that I am in the process of evicting, in the meantime he contacted the City of Chicago, Building Dept., which I was cited with a few building "violations". 1) what should be my next steps? 2) can you recommend any contractors/firms that works on brick/motor repairs? 3) can you provide names of people/firms that have experience dealing with the city building dept? 4) can you provide attorneys that can assist me? I truly welcome advise and assistance and welcome anyone or firms that has experience in dealing with Chicago's Building code violations Thank you,
