Forum / Other / Insurance Company Paying the Rent for Tenant

I am in the process of renting a property to a couple that had their home recently destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. I have talked with their insurance company and they indicated that the insurance company will be paying me directly for the rental. I am having the tenants complete my normal Residential Lease Agreement, but wanted to know if there is a form/agreement that the insurance company should also sign (guaranty or something). Any suggestions or sample forms? -- Thank you
