We allowed a tenant to babysit there daughters dog. That was back in March of this year. We have asked several times when the dog is going back to the daughter. Answer is always soon. How do we put an end to this dog issue?

Send them a 3-day notice...get rid of the dog or move.....Review your state/local tenant law about Notice
