Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I', have created a short term lease for a specific time period. The total gross rent amount to be paid in full is $4,565.00. In Item #6-B of the Lease agreement for 48929 Taylor St., the clause does not work here. It shows an amount of $8,9***. I need to remove this clause as it does not work with bulk payment. It seems to double the amount. How do I remove Clause 6-B of the lease?
Thanks,
Rose Marrotte

RE: Lease Agreement Clause removal
Create an Addendum to the lease referring to #6-B and change the terms. Have all parties sign & date.
