on the lease say that they are responsables for pest control and they sign it that the property was en excellent conditions when we rent it for them , after two and half months they are complain about bedbug i contrac a pest control company and they come buy and do their job.they did not pay rent until 9 days later when we already put a eviction order on the court now they are claiming for personal injurie is that right

No you should be covered by all rights as well as your lease. Also if you have receipt of the job for pest control, you did everything you could outside of paying for them to live at a hotel while the service was being completed.

No that is not right. As you have called some professionals, you can show them the receipts of that. The same thing had happened with my sister a year ago. She had called professionals from [Pest Control Ridgefield CT]( http://www.yalepest.com/ridgefield-pest-exterminators ) that time. She had safely kept all the receipts which were given by them and when the tenant's complaint about not being given the services. She showed the receipts and then there was no option left with the tenant then to agree on the services being provided. Similarly, you could do the same.
