Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have the opportunity to manage a 23 unit apartment complex in a city for relatives 45 miles away from my territory. The apartments are old and prices are outdated. All new paperwork for the tenants and the building is necessary. Prices average
at $800 per apartment. Heat and water are included in the rent.
What would be a fair price to charge for my property management services?
I appreciate any feedback provided!

RE: How much to charge for Property Management?
How mush do you charge with your current properties? Are they in good shape in comparison? These are all things you would want to evaluate. Your time is your money and if these new units are going to take up a lot of your time price it accordingly. There should also be some resources for average wages for property managers in that area.
