Landlords/NC- What is the best way to add an additional tenant to existing lease? I was told have all parties sign amemdment to add tenant, and give them a copy of existing lease -not necessary to have them sign existing lease.

The easiest way is to add an Addendum to the lease adding new tenant. You should also review your lease to see what it says about adding new tenant and how to handle security deposit.
