Landlord Question and Answer Forum
A lease created in EZ Landlord Forms is up for renewal with some minor changes to the current terms. What is the preferred or best way to accomplish this using EZ Landlord Forms? Should I select "copy the old lease to make a new lease" or "build updated document?" I'm not clear on what each of these choices entails or means.

RE: How to renew a lease with updates
Hello Mary Ellen:
We offer a lease renewal agreement which will autofill using your old lease. Please click on NOTICES TO TENANTS to the right and scroll to find Lease Renewal Agreement. You also can do a search using the search forms library under the blue menu bar to the right. Use the search term: Renewal, and the Non Renewal and the Lease Renewal agreement will show up. Also, we offer live support, so if you ever need help, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help! Thank you so much for using Ezlandlordforms. Have a wonderful day! :)

RE: How to renew a lease with updates
If there is only 1 change which is the new expiration date, we only need the 1 page renewal letter?
