I live next door to one of my tenant's and she has a dog. This dogs chain got rapped around the two copper lines that are attached to the heat pump therefore braking the lines. This cost me $1087.47. I told her she would have to pay for the damages and she got passed. Now she's telling people in the neighborhood that I cut the valve stems on her car. What to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Scott in Virginia.

WOW! I would call a lawyer ASAP! UGH that is ridiculous. She needs to pay for those damages!!!
