I own my mobile home in a park. If I let my adult son, a felon move in can I be evicted or am I protected under the Fair Housing Act?

I think you are protected under the fair housing act. I would read the fair housing act on your area's government website to be sure that if you were screening other prospective tenants that you are allowed to deny them.
