Landlord Question and Answer Forum
my potential tenant gave a letter from current landlord. Somehow, I could not reach any of the landlord to verify her rental history.
Unfortunately, base on the letter, I have approved her application and sent the lease to the applicant. At this time, the lease have not been signed.
Is it possible to denied application at this time? Please advise...

RE: New tenant
If the lease is signed there is no way to back out but you can decline now before it is signed. Good luck.
