we have several rentals and would like to put them under the umbrella of either an LLC or a S corporation.
this is something that we are doing on the side of our main job, do we still have to pay self employment taxes if we form an LLC?
any advice of advantages and disavantages of both LLc and S corp?

An LLC is what I have had my rental under for a number of years and it works great. I also know that I am protected, however I never did look into anything other than an LLC as it came to my as a recommendation.
