Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Hi, I have a rental property in MA and would like to find a MA bank for the tenant escrow account. My problem is that I'm physically in California, so I wonder if there is a way to open such account without personally going to the bank? I called a couple of banks in MA and they said I have to personally go there to open the account.
Thanks

RE: Opening Tenant Security Escrow Account in MA
You could always find a national bank that is in CA as well as MA I like to use Capitol One because They can really be accessed anywhere, as well as Wells Fargo if you want a physical location. You can set it up in Ca but access it anywhere!
