I have a Month to Month Rental small place. I pay all utilities for this rental. The cost of all utilities have gone up in year in half she has been renting also her usage of all utilities has gone up. How much can I raise the rent to included the raising cost and usage?

There is no regulated amount that you are required to raise rent, you are able to raise it as much or little as needed. When it comes to this figure expenses and tax increases and think about how the new price compares to the old one. Is it fair? Will it scare away good tenants?
