Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a Tenant whose lease ran out 2-28-15 I have given them a new lease to sign and they have stonewall signing lease until 4-10-15 . when i received lease they made changes to the contract. I have not sign and have told them they cannot make changes and would need to agree to the contract or move out. I did not go up on rent and they are current on rent payments. I now don't want them in my home and need advise on removing them and charging them a hold over rent.

RE: Tenant won't sign new lease
You can evict them and will need to, I hope you are still not having this issue and would love to hear how you ended up resolving this!
