Forum / Other / tenants not given enough notice

our tenants just text 2/17/15 that this month will be last month they rent the house. so i assume they were staying till the end of the month. now she said they will be out by today 2/19/15 is there last day. my question is i ask they give me at least 30 day notice in writing the will be moving out. do i owe them for leaving early in the month without appropiate notice. or am i entitle to any back pay .
