I have a tenant whose rent is $730.00, and rent was increased to $50.00, making tenant's rent to be $780 as of December 1st. Rent was increased to meet market rate. There is no yearly lease. How much of an increase can I increase rent without loosing a good tenant.

How much does it cost to rent a moving truck? If it's less than that based on a year, usually people won't want to move especially if everything else out in the market won't be cheaper.
