After giving a tenant a non-renewal notice for the lease the tenant ripped cabinet doors off, let his kids right all over the walls with markers and knocked holes in the walls. $2,500 worth of damage, and no last months rent. I can't find where he moved to so I can sue him. the Gas and electric company know because he transferred services. But they say they Can't tell me. Any ideas from anyone on how to find this trash.
