Where I live (Oregon) cities have begun to allow people to keep a certain number of chickens. My renters have asked to have 3 chickens, which they will keep outside. They have been very responsible since they started renting but I want to make sure my property is protected from harm. What kind of addendum would be appropriate to provide my renters with? Is there a template? If not what things should I consider? Should I charge a deposit, like a pet deposit? Thanks for your help. Shelly
