I am a new owner of this 4 family house in mass. I have two tenants living there still I have a tenet that will not respond to phone calls or know on door dealing with meeting with me dealing with putting him on a lease as well as rent what do I do I can not get him calling or answering phone I need to no about putting him on lease the rent.
