My daughter was a college student at Villanova. She signed a lease for an apartment last year. The lease had an automatic renewal clause in it and my daughter was not aware of the clause. She graduated and the landlord is claiming she's responsible for another year of rent. Is this enforcable in PA?

I have never heard of an automatic renewal for a year; only that a lease can go month to month.
