Forum / State Landlord Tenant Law / Safety Inspection Requirements in Pennsylvania
I want to rent a single family home. What are my safety documentation obligations in Pennsylvania - lead, asbestos, mold etc.? If I do not have any documentation of safety, do I need to put a disclosure in the lease stating that I do not have knowledge of any safety concerns? I do believe the property is safe, but am not licensed to document that. What are my options?

RE: Safety Inspection Requirements in Pennsylvania
I do all of my leases on this site because everything is included when you download and print your lease. I couldn't be bothered trying to figure it all out
