My last tenant in Las Vegas, NV left some of her property in the unit. What am I supposed to do and if I have to keep it how long do I have to.

RE: Tenant Personal Property
Did they turn over the keys and say they were out and done? I would try to contact them and ask if they want any of it. The laws on this vary by state here in Indiana we have to store their stuff for 3 months or till a judge says we can dispose of it ( which they will usually do much quicker). Unless they turn over possession and confirm that they are done with the unit and whatever is left is trash. Whatever the case is be sure to take pictures before you touch it.
