if i give a 5 day notice to quit can i or should i still give them a 30 day notice of termination for a residential went to court today and was told because i did not wright on the 5 day notice to quit the mount they owed ( on a separate pice of paper) that i it was dismiss so back to square one if i would have given them a 30 day the would be out in two more days (and yes she got an attorney but cant pay her rent ) i need help landlord in Oklahoma city thank you for reading

I didn't follow exactly what you were saying, but I would simply serve them with the 5 day notice to quit, correctly filled out and served.
