This required Summary of the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance must be attached to certain leases for properties located within Chicago, Illinois.

A 10 Day Notice is required for lease violations other than non-payment of rent. The 10 Day Notice must be given to the tenant prior to a landlord filing for an eviction.
