Document Description
The "Demand For Rent" is given to the tenant who has not paid rent
BEFORE or with the
New Hamphire Eviction Notice. The landlord must allow the tenant at least seven (7) days after serving this notice, for the Tenant to make payment. Payment of that amount within the seven days will prevent eviction.
Who:This notice is required to be given to a tenant who owes rent, allowing the tenant 7 Days to pay.
What: This is a Demand for Rent that should be sent to a tenant before (or with) the "
New Hamphire Eviction Notice. "
When: Give this to the tenant as soon as they become late after any grace period, if applicable.
