Document Description
We’ve all had financial obligations slip our minds at one time or another. Often, slight delays may simply be the result of an honest mistake. As soon as your tenant’s rent becomes late, jog their memory with this friendly late rent reminder. Intended to be delivered before the agreed-upon grace period has elapsed, it will prompt immediate action from conscientious tenants. The document reminds the recipient of the amount due and remittance instructions.
Who: A tenant whose rent is slightly past due.
What: A friendly request for remittance of late rent.
When: Immediately after the due date has passed, but before the grace period has elapsed.
