As of January 1, 2010, Landlords must provide applicants and tenants written disclosure of all rents, fees and deposits applicable to the renting of the dwelling unit. This should be given to an applicant and/or a tenant before signing and along with the Lease Agreement.

Who: This disclosure form should be given to applicants before signing the Lease Agreement.

What: This is a disclosure that clearly states the rent, assessed fees and deposits.

When: During the application process and at Lease signing.
