This is the Missouri Abandonment of Property Notice, stating that the rent for the Leased Premises is past due and unpaid for THIRTY consecutive days.

Missouri Methamphetamine/Controlled Substances Disclosure
This disclosure is required to be included with the lease agreement for Missouri rental properties with a history of methamphetamine or other controlled substances production. (1 page)

This notice is appropriate when the lease has ended and the tenant will not leave, or when the tenant has violated the lease and the landlord wants to evict.
