Oregon 30 Day Termination Notice - Cause

Document Description

This notice provides a tenant with explanations of the violations to the rental agreement/tenancy and specific fixes. It allows a 14 day cure period to remedy before termination occurs in 30 days.

Who: Give this notice to a tenant who has violated the rental agreement or Chapter 90 of the Oregon Revised Statutes.

What: This is the required notice giving the tenant 14 days after service of notice to cure or thirty days after notice has been served before initiating an F.E.D. (Forcible Entry and Detainer).

When:This is served to a tenant as soon as a violation occurs.

Please Note: The notice must specify the violation AND the details on how the tenant must cure (fix).
