Washington 10 Day Notice to Comply or Vacate

Document Description

Unless the lease provided for a longer period if a tenant is not complying with the rental agreement for reasons other then non-payment of rent, a 10 Day Notice is required before filing a complaint in court.

Who: Give this notice to a tenant who has violated a lease provision.

What: Notice to Comply or Vacate warns the tenant to correct, remedy the offense, or vacate the premises.

When: This is given to a tenant 10 days prior to filing a complaint.
