Giving notice is the first step in the eviction process. The notice required in Missouri for Non Payment of rent when LESS than one months rent is due, is a Demand for Rent.

Who:This notice is required to be given to a tenant who owes less than one month's rent. Although not always required, this notice can also be used anytime the Landlord wants to demand rent before filing eviction proceedings.

What: This is a Demand for Rent that should be sent to a tenant before filing in court for eviction proceedings.

When: Give this to the tenant when tenant owes less than one month rent and landlord wishes to file eviction proceedings.
